Yeme Arzusu Ölçeği’ni Türkçeye Uyarlama Çalışması

Food Craving Questionnaire-Trait Ölçeğinin Türkçe versiyonunu, psikometrik özelliklerini, faktör yapısını ve ölçeğin iç tutarlılığını değerlendirmek ve geçerliliğini belirlemektir. Araştırma önce 355 kişiyle başlanmış fakat kullanılan ilaçlar dışlanarak katılımcı sayısı 302 kişi ile tamamlanmıştır. Örneklem grubu 18–65 yaş aralığında farklı meslek gruplarına sahip çoğunlukla Milli Eğitimde görevli olan öğrenci-öğretmen ve okul idaresinden oluşmaktadır. Uygulanan anket formları; demografik veri formu, yeme arzusu ölçeği (39 madde), yeme tutum testi (40 madde) den oluşmaktadır. Yeme Arzusu Ölçeğinin 39 madde 9 alt boyutu doğrulayıcı faktör analizinde çalışılmıştır ve tüm maddelerin faktör yüklerinin ve hata varyanslarının uygun olduğu ancak uyum indekslerinin kabul edilebilir düzeylerde olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Yeme Arzusu Ölçeğinin güvenirlik ve geçerlik çalışmaları kapsamında doğrulayıcı faktör analizi AMOS 22,0 programı; madde toplam korelasyonu, Cronbach Alpha ve eşdeğer (paralel) form güvenirliği testleri SPSS 15,0 programı kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Adaptation of the Food Craving Questionnaire-Trait Into Turkish

We aimed to evaluate psychometric features, factor structure and internal consistency of the Turkish version of Food Craving Questionnaire-Trait Scale, and to determine its validity. The study was started with 355 individuals at the beginning but number of participants was completed with 302 individuals by excluding the medicines used. Sample group includes students-teachers who are at 18–65 age range, have different occupational groups and generally serve at Ministry of National Education and of school administrations. The questionnaires used comprise form of demographical data, food craving scale (including 39 articles) and eating attitudes test (including 40 articles). Finding: 39 articles and 9 subdimensions of Food Craving Scale were studied by confirmatory factor analysis and it was determined that factor loads and error variances of all articles are proper but fit indexes are not at allowable levels. Reliability and validity studies of Food Craving Scale were carried out using confirmatory factor analysis AMOS 22.0 program and total item correlation, Cronbach Alpha and equivalent (parallel) form reliability tests were carried out using SPSS 15.0 program.
