Nadir yerleşimli diyafram hernileri

Diyafram hemilerinin büyük bir çoğunluğu yeni doğan döneminde respiratuar distrese uıeden olan posterolateral yerleşimli Bochdalek hernileridir. Subkostostemal (Morgagni) herniler ise daha az görülür ve genellikle darja ileri yaşlarda bulgu verir. Çok daha nadir ve atipik yerleşimli bazı diyafram hernileride mevcuttur.

Unusually located diaphragmatic hernias

The majority of diaphragmatic hernias occur through the left posterolateral foramen of Bochdalek and present as acute neonatal respiratory distress. The Subcostosternal diaphragmatic hernia of. Morgagni is the least common hernia and usually presents late in life. There is a small group of infants or children with less common, unusually located diaphragmatic hernia.
