SEPTORİNOPLASTİ HASTALARINDA POSTOPERATİF ANALJEZİK AJAN TERCİHLERİ: RETROSPEKTİF ANALİZ

AMAÇ: Bu çalışmada septorinoplasti yapılan hastalarda postoperatif analjezi için kullanılan non- opioid analjeziklerin opioid tüketimine etkisinin karşılaştırılması amaçlanmıştır. GEREÇ VE YÖNTEM: Ocak 2019- Aralık 2019 tarihleri arasında septorinoplasti cerrahisi geçiren hastaların postoperatif analjezi kayıtları geriye dönük olarak incelenmiştir. Uygulanan analjezi yöntemi, analjezik ajan seçimi, opioid tüketimleri, visuel analog skorları (VAS), hasta memnuniyet skorları, bulantı-kusma gibi yan etkiler analiz edilmiştir. BULGULAR: Çalışmaya 129 hasta dahil edilmiştir. Hastalar; parasetamol (n=38, grup 1), deksketoprofen trometamol (n=46, grup 2) ve intravenöz ibuprofen (n=45, grup 3) olmak üzere uygulanan analjezi protokolüne göre 3 gruba ayrılmıştır. Gruplar arasında yaş, cinsiyet anestezi süresi ve cerrahi süre açısından anlamlı bir fark görülmemiştir (p>0.05). POSTOPERATIVE ANALGESIC AGENT PREFERENCES IN SEPTORHINOPLASTY PATIENTS: RETROSPECTIVE ANALYSIS

AIM: In this study, we aimed to compare the effects of non-opioid analgesics used for postoperative analgesia on opioid consumption in septorhinoplasty operations. MATERIAL AND METHOD: Postoperative analgesia records of patients who underwent septorhinoplasty surgery between January 2019 and December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. Applied analgesia method, selected analgesic agents, opioid consumption, visual analog scores (VAS), patient satisfaction scores, and side effects such as nausea-vomiting were analyzed. RESULTS: One hundred and twenty-nine patients were included in the study. Patients; were divided into 3 groups according to the analgesia protocol applied (Paracetamol (group 1), dexketoprofen trometamol (group 2), and intravenous ibuprofen (group 3)). There was no significant difference between the groups in terms of age, gender, duration of anesthesia, and surgery (p>0.05).
