Türkiye Anayasa Mahkemesi Başkanı Sayın Haşim Kılıç, bugün bizimle birlikte olan Anayasa Mahkemelerinin değerli üyeleri, saygıdeğer misafirler, Türk Anayasa Mahkemesi’nin 50. kuruluş yıldönümü anısına düzenlenen bu anlamlı organizasyona katılmak benim için büyük bir onur. Bu vesileyle, bütün dünyadan bu toplantıya katılan Anayasa Mahkemelerinin saygıdeğer başkanları ve üyeleriyle anayasa hukuku ve anayasa yargısı konusunda derinlemesine bir görüş alışverişinde bulunmak istiyorum.
