GİRİŞİMCİ LİDERLİK: KAVRAM, İLİŞKİ VE YAKLAŞIMLAR

Liderlik kavramının tarihi insanlık tarihi kadar geçmişe dayanmaktadır ancak her geçen gün gelişen ve değişen ihtiyaçlarla birlikte ortaya çıkan talepleri karşılayacak farklı liderlik türleri de ortaya çıkmaktadır. 21.yüzyılın itici gücü haline gelen girişimciliğin liderlikle birleşiminden oluşan girişimci liderlik kavramı da son zamanlarda öne çıkan liderlik türlerindendir. Girişimci liderlik, ulusal yazında sık rastlanmasa da uluslararası yazında oldukça popüler ve merak uyandıran, araştırılan bir kavram haline gelmiştir. Ona rağmen alanda model, ilişki ve yaklaşımlar gibi konularda birtakım araştırma boşlukları bulunmaktadır. Literatürde girişimci liderliğin bu dinamikler açısından sınırlı bir inceleme alanı bulmuş olması bu çalışmanın çıkış noktasını oluşturmaktadır. Dolayısıyla bu çalışmanın amacı; girişimci liderliğin oluşumunun kavramsal, teorik ve yapısal açıdan kapsamlı bir şekilde analiz edilip, anlaşılmasının sağlanmasının dışında; girişimci liderliğin özellik, model ve diğer liderlik türleri ile ilişkisi bakımından açıklanmasıdır. Özellikle yerli yazındaki boşluğun doldurulması hususunda önem arz eden çalışmada, nitel araştırma tekniklerinden olan kavramsal inceleme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda, girişimci liderlik model ve yaklaşımlarının gerek kuramsal araştırmacılar gerekse örgütsel yaşamda yer alan yöneticiler ve iş görenler açısından önemi çerçevesinde değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır.

ENTREPRENEURIAL LEADERSHIP: CONCEPT, RELATIONSHIP AND APPROACHES

The history of leadership is as old as the history of humanity, but different types of the leadership concept are emerging to meet demands arising with ever-evolving and changing needs. The concept of entrepreneurial leadership, consisting of the combination of entrepreneurship and leadership, has become one of the leading leadership types recently. Whereas entrepreneurial leadership is not common in local literature, it has become a very popular, intriguing, and researched concept in the international literature. Despite this, there are some research gaps such as models, relationships and approaches. The fact that entrepreneurial leadership has found a limited field of study in terms of these dynamics, is the starting point of this study. Therefore, the aim of this study is; in addition to providing a comprehensive analysis of the conceptual, theoretical and structural basis of entrepreneurial leadership; the explanation of entrepreneurial leadership in terms of characteristics, models and its relationship with other leadership types. In this study, which is especially important in filling the gap in the national literature, one of the qualitative research techniques, the conceptual analysis technique was used. At the end of the study, evaluations were made within the framework of the importance of entrepreneurial leadership models and approaches for both theoretical researchers and managers and employees in organizational life.
