24 vakada, ekstremiteyi ilgilendiren major bir travma sonrası gelişen sempatik disfonksiyonlar ve ilgili klinik tecrübe gözden geçirildi. Sempatektominin, diğer dört konvansiyonel medikal tedaviye olan üstünlüğü, olası etiyolojik nedenler ve konunun tartışması birlikte sunuldu.

ln 24 patients sympathetic disfunctions following a major trauma to an extremity, and related clinical experiences have been reviewed. Superiority of sympathectomy in comparison with other four conventional medical treatment methods possible causes and discussion of the subject have been presented.
