HEMŞİRE ÇİZELGELEME PROBLEMİ VE HASTANEDE BİR UYGULAMA

Her geçen gün artan nüfusla birlikte hastanelerdeki personel sayısı da artmaktadır. Bu nedenle hastanelerde çalışan personelin kaliteli bir hizmet vermesi oldukça önemli bir unsurdur. İşte bu hizmet kalitesinin artması konusunda kullanılan yöntemlerden biri de hemşire çizelgeleme problemidir. Bu çalışmada da hemşirelerin aylık çalışma planlarının adaletli ve dengeli bir şekilde yapılması ile hemşirelerin hizmet kalitesinin artırılması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada tüm gün hizmet veren Kırıkkale'deki bir hastanenin yoğun bakım, ameliyathane ve acil bölümlerine, hastanenin her vardiyada ihtiyaç duyduğu hemşire sayısını karşılamak için bir hedef programlama modeli önerilmiştir.

NURSE SCHEDULING PROBLEMS AND AN APPLICATION IN HOSPITAL

The number of staff in hospitals is also increasing with the growing population. Therefore, the personnel of the hospital to provide quality services is a very important factor. One of the methods used to increase the quality of these services is the nurse scheduling problem. In this study, it was aimed to increase the service quality of nurses by making monthly work plans of nurses fair and balanced. In study a goal programming model has been proposed to meet the number of nurses needed for each shift of the hospital's intensive care, operating room and emergency departments of a hospital in Kırıkkale, which serves all day.
