YENİ TEKNOLOJİLER VE GEMİ YAPIM SANAYİ: TÜRK TERSANELERİNDE TEKNOLOJİK KAPASİTE

The nature o f technologlcal capability accumulation in a manufacturing firm (or country) depends on manyfactors such as the chosen technology, the fim i 's own effort to process its technology (R&D), the sources ofits technology (local orforeign channels) and environment (specialized technological agents, govem m ents, universities, etc.) Our paper relates the accumulation of technological capability to the different channels of technological activities in Turkish Ship building Industry. This study aims to cali attention to the main elements of Industrial Technology policy for Turkish Ship building Industry.
