İNSAN KAYNAKLARI PLANLAMASINI ETKİLEYEN FAKTÖRLER ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

This study aims to identify the intermal and external factors that effect Human Resources Planning applications in Turkey as well as their time span (vvhether they ares hort or long term) while emphasising on the objectives, inıportance and the consequences of such applications. Detailed analysis have been made on how external, organizational and workforce factors have impacted the human resources planning in subject organizations.
