Nefroloji Hastalarında Tamamlayıcı ve Alternatif Tedavi Kullanımı ve Hemşirelik Yaklaşımı

Tamamlayıcı ve alternatif tıp (TAT) kullanımı genelpopulasyonda ve tıbbi hastalığı olan bireylerde önemlibir hızda artmaktadır. Böbrek hastalığı olan bireylerinTAT kullanımından fayda görebileceği alanlar böbrekyetmezliğinin ilerleme süresini uzatmak, artrit, kaşıntı, kardiyovaskiler risk faktörleri, kas krampları,anksiyete, depresyon, uykusuzluk ve yorgunluk gibieşlik eden problemleri tedavi etmektir. Bununla birlikte,bu hastalarda TAT kullanımı hakk›nda çok az bilgibulunmaktadır.Bu derlemenin amacı; nefroloji hastaları tarafındankullanılan tamamlayıcı ve alternatif tedavi yöntemlerive hemşirelik yaklaşımı hakkında bilgi vermektir.
