Türkiye’nin iktisadi kalkınmasının sağlanmasının ve sürdürülebilir olmasının en temel şartı ülkenin sahip olduğu doğal, beşeri ve ekonomik kaynakların etkin biçimde kullanılmasıdır. Türkiye’de sürdürülebilir iktisadi kalkınmayı sağlayacak doğal ve ekonomik kaynaklardan olan hazine taşınmazlarının tamamının rasyonel, etkin ve verimli kullanımı vazgeçilmez bir unsurdur. Bu nedenle hazine taşınmazlarının kısa, orta ve uzun dönemli olarak ekonomiye kazandırılması gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada Türkiye’de hazine taşınmazlarının ekonomik kalkınma üzerindeki rolü tartışılacaktır.

The achievement of Turkey's economic and sustainable development of the country's most basic requirement is to be used of natural, human and economic resources efficiently. One of the natural and economic resources in Turkey is treasury properties that will support sustainable economic development by using the whole of treasury real estates rationally, effectively and efficiently. Therefore, the immovable property of the treasury in the short, medium and long term are required to be brought into the economy. In this study, in Turkey, the role of treasury real estates on the economic development will be discussed.
