ÖRGÜT KÜLTÜRÜNÜN ÇALIŞANLARIN İŞ DOYUMUNA ETKİSİ: BİR FİRMA UYGULAMASI

Bu çalışmanın amacı, örgüt kültürü boyutları ile örgüt kültürünün çalışanların iş doyumuna etkisini araştırmaktır. Bu nedenle çalışmanın başlangıcında örgüt kültürü hakkında genel bilgiler, kavramın önemi, boyutları, özellikleri ve iş doyumuna ilişkin teorik bilgiler yer almaktadır. Daha sonra bu çalışma için oluşturulan model ile iş doyumu kültür boyutları model çerçevesinde sorgulanmaktadır. Çalışmanın uygulama kısmında, örnekleme ilişkin bilgiler, analiz yöntemi, bulgular yer almaktadır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre örgüt kültürünün model 1 de Destek, İletişim, Kimlik boyutları ile iş doyumu ve model 2’ye göre Destek, Ödül, Girişim, Rekabet, Kontrol boyutları ile iş doyumu arasında anlamlı bir ilişki söz konusu olduğu ve iş doyumunu açıkladığı belirlenmiştir.

THE EFFECTS OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON WORKER’S JOB SATISFACTION: A CASE STUDY OF A FIRM

The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of organizational culture and the relationship between organizational culture and its impacts on employees’ job satisfaction. The study begins with general information about organizational culture, importance of the concept; its characteristics and theoretical information about job satisfaction. In the second section, depending on the pervious researches in the literature, a model has been constructed for this study and the relationship between the dimensions of organizational culture and job satisfaction of employees is investigated. The application part of the study consists of information about the sample, analysis methods used in the study and findings. The results show that there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction and organizational culture’s Support, Communication and, Identity sub constructs of Model 1 and Support, Rewards, Competition, Enterprise and, Control sub constructs of Model 2.
