Bazı İnsektisitlerin Kımıl (Aelia rostrata Boh., Het.: Pentatomidae) Yumurta Parazitoiti Trissolcus rufiventris Mayr (Hymenoptera: Scelionidae)’e Etkileri Üzerinde Araştırmalar

Kımıl mücadelesinde kullanılan sentetik piretroitli insektisitlerden alpha-cypermethrin EC, lambda-cyhalothrin CS ile organik fosfatlılardan fenthion EC ile standart test ilacı olan organik fosfatlı dimethoate EC’nin laboratuvar koşullarında Kımıl (Aelia rostrata Boh., Het.: Pentatomidae) yumurta parazitoiti Trissolcus rufiventris Mayr (Hymenoptera: Scelionidae)’e etkileri; parazitlenmiş yumurtaları ilaçlayarak, erginleri kalıntıya maruz bırakarak ve erginlere insektisitlerle muamele edilmiş yumurtaları sunarak belirlenmiştir. Kımıl yumurtalarında parazitlenmenin 3. gününde insektisitlerin uygulanmasının yumurta içerisinde T. rufiventris’in gelişimini etkilemediği ve parazitoitlerin ergin oldukları görülmüştür. Ancak yumurtadan çıkış oranları farklılık göstermiş olup insektisitlerin parazitoitlerin yumurtadan çıkışına etkileri lambda-cyhalothrin, alpha-cypermethrin, dimethoate ve fenthion için sırasıyla %100.0, %97.3, %0.0 ve %0.0 olarak bulunmuştur. Uygulama dozunda insektisit kalıntılarına maruz bırakılan T. rufiventris erginlerinin ilk 2 saat sonunda öldükleri ve parazitoitlerin sentetik piretroidli insektisitlerle muamele edilmiş kımıl yumurtalarına gelmeyerek davranışsal direnç sergiledikleri kaydedilmiştir.

Investigations on the Effects of the Some Insecticides on the Egg Parasitoid Trissolcus rufiventris Mayr (Hymenoptera: Scelionidae) of wheat stink bug Aelia rostrata Boh. (Het.: Pentatomidae)

It was tried to determine the effects of the insecticides which are synthetic pyrethroit insecticides alpha-cypermethrin EC and lambda-cyhalothrin CS, and organic phosphated fenthion EC used in chemical control of wheat stink bug Aelia rostrata Boh.(Het.: Pentatomidae), and also standart test insecticide organic phosphated dimethoate EC to egg parasitoid Trissolcus rufiventris Mayr (Hymenoptera: Scelionidae) spraying the parasited eggs, exposing to parasitoid adults to insecticide residue and presenting the sprayed eggs to the adults in the laboratory conditions. It is recorded that T. rufiventris development in the host eggs was not effected and parasitoids reached to adult stage when the insecticides were applied to the three days aged parasited host eggs. However, the eclosion ratios showed differencies and the effects of the insecticides were determined for lambda-cyhalothrin, alphacypermethrin, dimethoate and fenthion as %100.0, %97.3, %0.0 ve %0.0, respectively. The parasitoid adults died in a two hours when they were exposed to insecticide residues at the application ratios. It was also determined that the parasitoid adults showed behavioral resistance to synthetic pyrethroit insecticides.
