Türk İşletmelerinde İleri İmalat Teknolojileri Uygulamaları Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Günümüzde işletmelerin rekabet çevreleri müşterilerin, rakiplerin ve yeni gelişen teknolojilerin etkisiyle gittikçe belirsizleşmektedir. Bu koşullar altında imalat işletmelerinin geleneksel üretim yöntemleriyle ölçek ekonomisi avantajlarını yakalayabilmeleri fırsatı artık ortadan kalkmıştır. Günümüzde imalat işletmelerinin rekabet avantajı sağlayabilmeleri için ileri imalat teknolojilerine duydukları gereksinim gittikçe artmaktadır. Çalışmada bu gereklilikten yola çıkılarak, Türkiye'deki imalat işletmelerin ileri imalat teknolojileri bakımından durumları belirlenmeye çalışılacak, yatırım kararları süreci ve bu yatırımlardan bekledikleri faydalar ile ulaştıkları sonuçlar karşılaştırılmaya çalışılacaktır.

Advanced Manufacturing Technology Practices in Turkish Firms

Contemporary competitive environment of businesses becomes increasingly uncertain and ambiguous with the effects of customers, rivals and newly emerging technologies. Under these circumstances, it is almost impossible for production companies to get the benefit of economies of scale with the help of traditional production systems. Contemporary companies need advanced production technologies and techniques to achieve competitive advantage. In light of the foregoing, within this study, it will be examined to what extent the Turkish companies use the advanced technologies. Moreover, the investment decision processes of these companies will be investigated and will be followed with the comparison of their expectancies from these investments and results of them.
