Örgüt Yapısının Hastanelerde İştatminine Etkisini İncelemeye

İstanbul'da faaliyet gösteren bir özel sağlık kuruluşunda toplam 140 denek üzerinde gerçekleştirilen araştırmada örgüt yapısının çeşitli boyutları ve iş tatmini arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Uygulanan regresyon analizi sonucunda formelleşme ve takım çalışmasının doktor, hemşire ve uzman sağlık personelinin iş tatminini olumlu yönde etkilediği ve bağımlı değişkendeki varyansın %30'unu açıkladığı görülmüştür. Ayrıca her üç meslek grubu için de iş tatmin düzeyinin yüksek olduğu ancak, hemşirelerin hem içsel hem de dışsal iş tatmin düzeylerinin doktorlarınkine göre anlamlı bir biçimde düşük olduğu belirlenmiştir.

The Impact of Organizational Structure on Job Satisfaction Among Hospital Employees

A sample of 140 employees of a private health organization in Istanbul was surveyed to find out the impact of organizational structure variables on the job satisfaction among physicians, nurses and health specialists. Regression analysis revealed that fornnalization and teamwork are positively related to job satisfaction and explain 30% of the variance in the dependent variable. As another finding of the study, job satisfaction was found to be high among all of these three groups, though both internal and external job satisfaction of nurses were significantly lower than those of physicians.
