Analysing the variables which affect the organizational performance in information systems success

The purpose of this paper is to evaluate and to clear up the success of information systems with a sectorial search based on DeLone and McLean‟s Information Systems Success Model. In this framework, a survey was conducted to the 298 information system users working in 10 manufacturing company which have the operations in Turkish aviation sector. In this study, 6 variables including information quality, service quality, system security, user satisfaction, intention and organizational performance are determined and evaluated. The results show that user satisfaction is affected by information quality, service quality and system security while user satisfaction affects both user intention and organizational performance.
