Örgütsel Faktörlerin, Şirket Girişimciliğinin Potansiyel Sonuçlarına Etkileri: Bilgi Teknolojileri ve İletişim Sektöründe Bir Araştırma

Bu çalışma, şirket girişimciliğini etkileyen organizasyonel faktörlerle şirket girişimciliğinin potansiyel sonuçlan arasındaki ilişkileri araştırmaktadır. Şirket girişimciliğini etkileyen organizasyonei faktörler; yönetsel destek verme, karar verme inisiyatifi tanıma, ödüllendirme, yaratıcılık için yeterli zaman sağlama, organizasyonel engelleri kaldırma ve çalışan motivasyonudur. Şirket girişimciliğinin potansiyel sonuçları; iş tatmini ve algılanan müşteri tatminidir. Araştırma verileri, iletişim ve bilgi teknolojileri sektöründe faaliyet gösteren 4 firmadaki 94 teknik kökenli çalışandan toplanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları, çalışanlara karar verebilme inisiyatifinin verilmesi, çalışanlara yaratıcılık için yeterli zamanın sağlanması, çalışanların motive edilmesi ile şirket girişimciliğinin potansiyel sonuçlan arasında olumlu bir ilişkinin mevcut olduğunu göstermiştir. Bu sonuçlar, girişimsel yönelimli olmaya çalışan firmalar için yararlı olabilir.

The Effects of Organizational Factors on Potential Outocomes of Corporate Entrepreneuship: An Emprical Study on Firms in the Information and Communication Technologies Industry

This study examines the relationship between organizational factors for corporate entrepreneurship and potential outcomes of corporate entrepreneurship. The organizational factors include: management support, work discretion, rewarding, time availability, organizational boundaries and motivation. The potential outcomes of corporate entrepreneurship: job satisfaction and perceived customer satisfaction. We collected data from 4 firms operating in communication and information technologies sectors. 94 technical employees from these firms have responded to our face-to-face interviews. The results of the study revealed that work discretion, time availability and motivation affect positively potential outcomes of corporate entrepreneurship. These results may be of practical use to firms that are trying to become more entrepreneurial.
