Erkek infertilitesinin medikal tedavisi

Erkek infertilitesinin nedenleri pretestiküler, testiküler ve posttestikülerdir. Medikal tedavi pretestiküler ve testiküler nedenlere bağlı infertilitesi olan erkeklerde uygundur. Ancak infertil erkeklerin bazılarında bir neden bulunabilir iken kalan bir kısmında belirli bir neden saptanamamaktadır. Bu nedenle infertil erkeklerin medikal tedavisinde altta yatan neden biliniyor ise ona yönelik spesifik bir tedavi uygulanır iken bir nedeninin bulunamadığı olgularda ampirik medikal tedaviler verilmektedir.

Medical treatment of male infertility

The reasons of male infertility are pretesticular, testicular and posttesticular. Medical treatment is suitable for the men with infertility due to pretesticular and testicular reasons. However, some of the infertile men may be found a reason while no reason is detected in some of infertile men. Therefor, specific treatment is given to infertile men who is found a specific reason while ampiric treatment is given to infertile men who is found no reason.
