Adrenal myelolipoma: Olgu sunumu
Adrenal myelolipoma nadir görülen, benign ve hormonal olarak inaktif bir tümördür. Pek çok lezyon asemptomatikdir ve radyolojik muayene veya otopside insidental olarak tespit edilir. Biz semptomatik adrenal myelolipomalı bir vakayı sunduk.
Adrenal myelolıpoma: A case report
Adrenal myelolipoma is an uncommon, benign and hormonally inactive tumor. Most lesions are usually asymptomatic and incidentally found at radiological examination or autopsy. Here we report a case of a symptomatic adrenal myelolipoma.
