Splenik arter anevrizma olgusunda laparoskopik anevrizma rezeksiyonu ve laparoskopik splenektomi

Yazıda amacımız laparoskopik olarak başarı ile tedavi edilmiş splenik arter anevrizma olgusunu sunmaktır. Olgumuzda yapılan bilgisayarlı tomografi ile splenik hilusa yakın iki adet anevrizma saptandı ve renkli Doppler ultrasonografi ile bu sonuç teyit edildi. Bu tür vakalarda ölümle sonuçlanan kanama riski yaklaşık olarak %6-9,2 olduğundan cerrahi tedavi uygulanmasına karar verildi. Hem anevrizma hem de dalak laparoskopik olarak rezeke edildi. Hasta, herhangibir sorun olmaksızın post operatif 1. günde taburcu edildi. Sonuç olarak laparoskopik splenik anevrizmektomi güvenli ve minimal invazif bir prosedürdür.

A splenic artery aneurysm managed with laparoscopic aneurysm resection with splenectomy

We present a case of splenic artery aneurysm which was succesfully managed with laparoscopy. The patient was diagnosed with two splenic artery aneurysms close to the splenic hilum by computed tomography which was then confirmed by color doppler sonography. Surgical treatment is indicated for such cases since approximately 6-9.2% of these aneurysms would rupture resulting in fatal hemorrhage. Both aneurysms and the spleen were resected with laparoscopic surgery and the patient was discharged uneventfully at the first postoperative day. This case report suggests that the laparoscopic splenic artery aneurysmectomy is a safe and minimally invasive procedure.
