Aspirin kullanan yaşlı bir hastada öksürük atağı ile ilişkili rektus kas kılıfı hematomu

Rektus abdominis kılıf hematomu, akut abdominal ağrı- nın sık olmayan bir sebebidir. Biz aspirin kullanan ve bir öksürük atağı sonrasında akut abdominal ağrı gelişen yaşlı bir hastayı sunuyoruz. Rektus kas kılıfı hematomu tanısı sonografik inceleme ile doğrulandı.

Development of rectus sheath hematoma after a coughing attack in an elderly patient using aspirin

Rectus sheath hematoma is a rare cause of acute abdominal pain. We present an elderly patient using aspirin who had an acute abdominal pain after a coughing attack. Diagnosis of the rectus sheath hematoma was confirmed by sonographic examination.
