Çağdaş Fotoğraf Sanatında Deneysel Yaklaşımlar

Bilgi birikimi ve teknolojik gelişmeler birçok alanda olduğu gibi sanat alanlarında da hızlı bir değişime neden olmuştur. Fotoğraf bu değişimleri özümseyen en önemli sanat dallarının başında yer almıştır. Ancak kimi sanatçılar, hızla gelişen dijital teknoloji ve bu teknolojinin sunmuş olduğu olağanüstü olanaklara karşı öznel bir tavır göstermişlerdir. Fotografik denemelerinde 19. ve 20. yüzyıl geleneksel fotoğraf teknikleri kullanan sanatçılar, 'fotografik anlam', 'gerçeklik', 'temsil' ve 'zaman' gibi kavramları sorgulamışlardır. Bu çalışmada geleneksel fotoğrafik yöntem, araç ve malzemeleri kullanan günümüz fotoğraf sanatçıların soyutlama, kent -doğa ve portre anlayışına olan deneysel yaklaşımları irdelenmiştir.

Experimental Approaches in the Art of Contemporary Photography

Accumulation of knowledge and technological developments caused a rapid change in fields of art likewise they did in many other fields. Photography is one of the leading art fields that has adopted these effects.Some artists have a subjective point on fast- growing digital technology and some spectacular opportunities tha this technology have provided. The artists that use the traditional photography techhniques of the 19th and 20th centuries deliberated concepts lile reality, representation and time in their photographic essays. In this paper, experimental approaches of today's photographers who use traditional photographic methods, equipments and materials within the concepts of abstraction, urban-nature and portraiture are examined
