LOJİSTİK İŞLETMELERİNİ YEŞİL TEDARİK ZİNCİRİ YÖNETİMİNE YÖNLENDİREN ETKENLERİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Bu araştırmanın amacı, lojistik firmalarının yeşil tedarik zinciri yönetimini nasıl tanımladığını açıklamak ve yeşil tedarik zinciri yönetimine yönlendiren etkenlerin neler olduğunu belirlemektir. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden derinlemesine görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Yöntemin kullanılmasındaki amaç lojistik firmalarını yeşil tedarik zinciri yönetimine iten etkenlerin ortaya çıkartılmasıdır. Kartopu örneklem tekniği ile başlangıç noktası belirlenerek yönlendirilen kişiler tarafından beş işletmeden yedi kişi ile yüz yüze mülakat gerçekleştirilmiştir. Görüşmeler sonunda elde edilen veriler, “betimsel analiz” yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında (i) ulusal ve uluslararası politika, kural ve mevzuat/yasaların, (ii) rekabet ve pazar koşulların, (iii) müşterilerin, (iv) teknolojik gelişmelerin, (v) firma politikalarının, yönetimin ve bakış açısının, (vi) firma konumlandırma planı/stratejisinin ve (vii) ekonomik baskıların yönlendirici etkenlerin olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında rekabet ve pazar koşulları ile ilişkilendirilebilecek olan takipçilik, özgün yönlendirici etken; ekonomi ile ilişkilendirilebilecek enerji tasarrufu ise gelecek uygulamalar için yüksek önem düzeyli etken olarak gözlenmektedir. Literatürde birçok alanda yeşil tedarik zinciri yönetimine ilişkin çalışılma olmasına rağmen, lojistik firmalarını yönlendiren etkenleri ele alan sınırlı sayıda çalışma yapıldığı görülmektedir. Buna bağlı olarak bu çalışmada belirlenen enerji tasarrufu ve takipçilik etkenlerinin hem uygulamaya, hem de literatüre katkıda bulunacağı düşünülmektedir.
