İNŞAAT SEKTÖRÜNDE İŞGÜCÜ VERİMLİLİĞİNİN ÖNEMİ

İnşaat sektöründe personel harcamaları proje maliyetlerinin önemli bir kısmını oluşturmaktadır.  Bu sektördeki işgücü verimliliğindeki artışlar proje sürelerinin kısalmasına ve maliyetlerin düşmesine sebep olabilecektir.   İşgücü verimliliğinin inşaat sektöründe bu derece önem taşımasına rağmen ülkemizde bu konuda yapılan araştırmalar ve yayınlanan veriler son derece sınırlıdır.   Bu makalede işgücü verimliliğinin inşaat sektöründeki önemi irdelenmiş, bu sektörde verimliliği etkileyen faktörlere değinilmiş ve bu konuda veri toplanabilmesi için uygulanabilecek yöntemler tartışılmıştır.
