OLUMLU BENLİK VE İŞ TATMİNİ İLİŞKİSİNDE DOĞAL DUYGUSAL EMEĞİN VE YENİLİKÇİLİĞİN DÜZENLEYİCİ-ARACILIK ROLÜ

Bu araştırmada çalışanların olumlu benlik algılarının iş tatminleri üzerindeki etkisinde işlerini yerine getirirken gösterdikleri doğal duygusal emeklerinin ve yenilikçi davranışlarının rolü incelenmiştir. 178 çalışandan anket yöntemiyle toplanan verinin nicel analizi sonucunda, olumlu benliğin iş tatminini aynı yönde etkilediği, olumlu benlik algısının doğal duygusal emek gösterimi üzerindeki etkisinin yenilikçi davranış tarafından düzenlendiği, ayrıca doğal rol yapmanın iş tatmini üzerindeki etkisinin de yenilikçi davranış tarafından düzenlendiği tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular çalışanların olumlu benliğe sahip olma düzeyleri arttıkça işlerinden daha fazla tatmin duydukları ve bu ilişkinin doğal duygusal emek gösterimi ve yenilikçi davranış düzeylerine göre anlamlı biçimde farklılaştığını göstermiştir. Elde edilen bulgular yazın bağlamında tartışılmıştır.

MODERATED MEDIATION ROLE OF NATURAL EMOTIONAL LABOR AND INNOVATIVENESS ON THE EFFECT OF CORE-SELF EVALUATIONS ON JOB SATISFACTION

In this study, the role of employees’ natural emotional labor and innovative behaviors on the effect of positive core-self evaluations on job satisfaction was investigated. The quantitative analysis of the data collected by survey method from 178 participants showed that positive coreself evaluations effect job satisfaction positively. The results indicated that the effect of positive core-self evaluations on natural emotional labor and also the effect of natural emotional labor on job satisfaction was moderated by innovative behavior. When employee’s positive core-self evaluations increase their job satisfaction also increases and this relationship differs according to the level of natural emotional labor and innovative behavior level. The findings are discussed in the context of the literature
