PSİKOLOJİK DANIŞMAN TÜKENMİŞLİK ÖLÇEĞİNİN TÜRKÇE FORMUNUN GEÇERLİK VE GÜVENİRLİĞİ

Bu araştırmanın amacı Psikolojik Danışman Tükenmişlik Ölçeğini (Lee ve diğerleri, 2007) Türkçeye uyarlamak, geçerlik ve güvenirliğini incelemektir. Araştırma 112 okul psikolojik danışmanı üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda 20 maddeden ve 5 alt boyuttan (yorgunluk, yetersizlik, olumsuz çalışma koşulları, danışanı değersizleştirme ve özel hayatta bozulma) oluşan modelin iyi uyum verdiği bulunmuştur (x²= 240.93,sd= 158,RMSEA= .069,CFI= .96, IFI=.96,NNFI= .95, SRMR= .075). Ölçeğin iç tutarlılık güvenirlik katsayıları yorgunluk alt boyutu için .86, yetersizlik alt boyutu için .88, olumsuz çalışma koşulları alt boyutu için .86, danışanı değersizleştirme alt boyutu için .83 ve özel hayatta bozulma alt boyutu için .85 ve ölçeğin bütünü için .89 olarak bulunmuştur. Ölçeğin düzeltilmiş madde toplam korelasyonları .54 ile .83 arasında sıralanmaktadır. Bu sonuçlara göre ölçeğin Türkçe formunun geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğu söylenebilir

THE VALIDITY AND RELIABILITY STUDIES OF TURKISH VERSION OF THE COUNSELOR BURNOUT INVENTORY

The aim of this research is to examine the validity and reliablity of the Turkish version of the Counselor Burnout Inventory (Lee et al., 2007). Participants were 112 school counselors. The results of confirmatory factor analysis demonstrated that the 20 items loaded on five factors (exhaustion, incompetence, negative work environment, devaluing client, deterioration in personal life; x²= 240.93, df= 158, RMSEA= .069, CFI= .96, IFI=.96, NNFI= .95, SRMR= .075). Internal consistency reliability coefficients were .86 for exhaustion, .88 for incompetence, .86 for negative work environment, .83 for devaluing client, .85 for deterioration in personal life and .89 for overall scale. The corrected item-total corelations ranged form .54 to .83. These results demonstrate that Turkish version of this scale is a valid and reliable instrument
