The geography of Palestine has witnessed some significant visits by the Jewish from the mid-term of the 19th century on. After these visits it was observed that the Jews had not left Palestine and started settling there, a new regulation pleading about the Jewish visitors, in which it was stated that The Jews shall come to Palestine for visiting purposes and the rules they would obey during their visits was prepared.
