SEDANTER KADINLARDA PİLATES EGZERSİZLERİNİN YAŞAM KALİTESİ ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ

Bu araştırmanın amacı pilates yapan kadınların yaş durumu, medeni durumları, çalışıyor olup olmamaları ve kendi değerlendirmelerine göre yaşam kaliteleri puanlarını tespit etmektir. Pilates yapan 216 kadına Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği uygulanmıştır. İstatistiksel işlemlerde t test, tek yönlü varyans analizi ve LSD testleri kullanılmıştır. Pilates yapan kadınlarda yaş gruplarına göre alt ölçek çevre alanı puanları 26 iken, sosyal alan puanları 10 civarındaydı. Yine kadınların yaşam kalitesinden hoşnut olma durumlarında çevresel alan puanları 25 puan ve sosyal alan puanları 10 puan civarında bulunmuştur. Pilates yapan kadınların yaş durumuna göre 18-30 yaş aralığında olanların 31- 45 yaş aralığında olanlara göre bedensel, ruhsal sağlık puanları anlamlı derecede yüksektir (p

THE EFFECT OF PILATE EXERCISES ON QUALITY OF LIFE IN SEDENTARY FEMALES

The aim of this study is to determine the age status, marital status, working status and quality of life scores of Female who perform Pilates. A total of 216 Female who performed Pilates were administered the Quality of Life Scale. T test, one-way analysis of variance and LSD tests were used for statistical operations. According to age groups, while the sub-scale environmental area scores of the females who made Pilates were around 26, their social field scores were around 10. Again, in terms of the quality of life of Females, the environmental area score was found to be 25 points and the social score was 10 points.
