PROF. DR. NECMETTİN ERBAKAN’IN ZARİF DEVLETÇİLİK VE ÜSLUP ANLAYIŞI

Hiç şüphesiz siyaset ve incelik ayrılmaz bir bütündür. Günümüzde kirli siyaset yapılanmaları nedeniyle hayati bağlantılarla birbirini besleyen bu iki olgu ayrı düşmüş, unutturulmuştur. Zarefetin eksik olduğu kaba yönetimler kitleleri uzunca bir süredir kendi rengine boyamaktadır. Yeteneksiz tecrübesiz, hiç bir dayanağa yaslanamayan ve içi boş siyaset yaklaşımları kitlelerin celladı olmaktadır. Merhametsiz siyaset de bu köksüz, maddeci yapılanmanın en belirgin sonucudur. Bu gün sadece madde kavramı ile şekil bulan batı kökenli siyaset modelleri halka, refah ve huzur getirme kuru vaadinden öteye gidememektedir. Çünkü bu söylevler, tamamen çıkar ilişkisi üzerine kurulu bir düzenin içinde, öylece hayat bulmuştur. Oysa halklar için refah, huzur, adalet, getirecek siyaset, sadece madde kavramı ile beslenen değil, aynı zaman da maneviyat ile birlikte kök salarak ete kemiğe dönüşerek şekillenen siyaset modelledir. Bu iki kavram üzerine hayat bulan o aranan modeli hayal eden ve tasarlayan çok yönlü siyasetçiler de yok değil siyaset arenasında. Bu iki kavram üzerine inşa edilmiş ergonomik model önerilerine örnek olacak bir isim geçti türk siyasetinden. O mümtaz şahsiyet farklı kesimlerin ortak kanısı ile mutabık kalınarak bu gün bile parmakla gösterilebilen bir isim olan, Profösör Doktor Necmettin Erbakan'dır. "Önce ahlak ve maneviyat " söylevi ile yola çıkarak, siyaseti arındırma hülyasını kuran Profosör Doktor Necmettin Erbakan, türk siyasal tarihine, tüm özverisiyle eskimeyecek bir model armağan etmiştir. Bu model "gülümseyen siyaset" modelidir. Erbakan siyaseti, 21. yüzyılın köhnemiş sosyal ilişkilerine yaşamını yitirmesine rağmen halen taze kan olmaktadır. Çünkü insanlık ideolojik ve ekomonik kaygılar nedeniyle ruhunu ve bedenini savaşlara teslim etmiştir. Bu savaşlarda yarını olacak neslini yok etmektedir. Erbakan siyasetinini söylevlerini araştırdığınızda barış, huzur, saadet, kokmaktadır. Onun siyaset dili incelendiğinde, günümüzde kuru söz dalaşından öteye gidemeyen, dayanaksız, gücün hükmüyle dillendirilen avam siyasetini kabul etmeyen üslup tarzı resmedilmektedir. Çünkü tüm bu avam siyaseti, betimlemelerin aksine, onun siyaseti usta bir zekanın ürünü, akılcı, köklü, zarif, üst düzey söylevleriyle süslediği, uslup ustalığıyla siyasetdaşlarına fark atarak, güncelliğini bugün bile korumaktadır. Çalışmamız Erbakan'ın Türkiye'de ve dünyada unutulmuş ve aranan siyaset uslubunu ele-alarak söylevlerini günyüzüne çıkarmaktadır. Aynı zamanda çalışmamız, hocanın zarif devletçilik anlayışını, yaşamında kurulmasına öncülük ettiği kurumların bu geleneği ne kadar koruduklarına dair detayları da analiz etmeyi hedeflemektedir. Bu doğrultuda karşılaştırmalı incelemeler yapıldıktan sonra günümüz siyasetçilerinin üslup hatalarını da dikkate alarak, çeşitli tavsiye ve öneriler sunulacaktır. Makalemizde yer verilen bu analizler sayesinde günümüz siyasetçilerine model olması, farkındalık oluşturması ve ışık tutması, hedeflenmiştir

PROF. DR. NECMETTIN ERBAKAN'S GRACIOUS STATECRAFT AND WORDING APPROACH

Without a doubt, politics and subtlety are inseparable. These two phenomena, which nourish each other with vital links because of the dirty political structures today, have fallen apart, forgotten. The rough management kits that are lacking in elegance are painted in their own color, which is a long one. Inexperienced, unable to comply and hollow politics approaches become slaves to masses. Brutal politics is also the most obvious result of this rootless, materialist structure. The westernoriginated political models that find shape with the concept of matter today can not go beyond the promise of bringing to the people, prosperity and peace. However, prosperity, peace, justice and politics are not only nourished by the notion of matter but also by politics modeled by turning to the skeleton by rooting with spirituality for the people. There is not a multifaceted politician who imagines and designs the sought-after model that comes to life on these two concepts, not in politics. It is a name that will be an example of the ergonomic model proposals built on the two concepts that are mentioned in the book. He is Professor Necmettin Erbakan, a distinguished personality, a name that can be displayed even by finger today, in agreement with the common belief of different sectors. Professor Necmettin Erbakan, who founded the policy of purifying politics by setting out on the path of "Firstly ethics and spirituality", presented a model to Turkish political history with all its self-sacrifice. This model is “smiling politics". Erbakan’s politics are still fresh blood despite the death of 21st century unfriendly social relations. Because humanity has delivered its soul and body to wars dve to ideological and economic concerns. It will be able to destroy the next generation in these wars. People go to the highest level in material sciences and push conditions to spaces and time. Today human beings have been able to reach the outside of the world, even outside of their own atmosphere. Despite all these unforeseen progresses, mankind is far behind in the knowledge of self-recognition. Thus, the person who does not know himself can not design the spaces and the works he needs. This complete unrecognition has created artificial spaces and appliances. Erbakan's policy is to define more people's needs. It identifies human nature and also targets material needs. Self-awareness is directed at finding and correcting missing, defective, abilities. With this aspect, mistakes are more vital to compensate and natural and spiritual needs. Erbakan also looks at the subject in full view of this point of view. It will not be possible to produce a useful product for a person who is hungry in nature and can not be spiritually fed. For that reason, the development of the society will go as far as one time and eventually it will be blocked. This state of humankind has a vicious, nontransformational outburst. According to Erbakan, if a person feeds his or her own material and cares about his life, he reflects the situation of a worker who has become self-deprecating, thinking only of himself, "How can I put an iron between the machines to impede the operation of the plant?’’. How is it possible to produce a work with this mood?. Yet he needs an ideology that will motivate him spiritually. This ideal would be firstly conceived of as "morality and spirituality", it will be able to fill the human beings up to their marrow and make it equip. When his political language is examined, a stylistic style is depicted that does not accept the prejudiced politics of today, which can not go beyond a dry promise. In Erbakan, the issue looks at this point of view completely. It will not be possible to produce a useful product for a person who is hungry in material and can not be nurtured spiritually. For that reason, the development of the society will go as far as one time and eventually it will be blocked. This state of mankind is a vicious, non-transformational outbreak. According to Erbakan, if a person feeds his or her own material and cares about his life, he reflects the situation of a worker who has fallen into his work, thinking only of himself, "what kind of an iron between these machines will prevent the factory from working?" How is it possible to produce a work with this mood? Yet, he needs an ideology that will motivate him spiritually. This ideal first, "morality and spirituality will be conceptualized by discourse, it will be able to fill the people up to their marrow, and it will make it equip. Peace is peace, joy, smell when you search for the speeches of Erbakan politics that are fed with spirituality. When his political language is examined, a stylistic style is depicted that does not accept the prejudicial politics of today, which can not go beyond a dry promise and is spoken with power. Because, unlike all the depictions of the ordinary politics, its politics is still preserved even today, with the difference of its politicians with the style mastery adorned by the product, rational, rooted, elegant, high-level speeches of a master intelligent. Erbakan politics is a touchable politics. The more interesting and varied the channel is, the more effective the message is in communication. Erbakan caught this attention. He has dealt with every discourse and reached out to such academic studies and presented them by designing them with concrete materials according to the mass line. When we look at the archive records of Erbakan, it seems that even though it is a difficult subject to be overwhelmed with numerical data, it is a plain dille with tables and tables designed by him. At the same time, Erbakan was also a politician whose target could be touched and easily seen. In other words, Necmettin Erbakan is doing special politics for the person according to the place and time. He does not hesitate to say special feelings towards the client even when he is in the process of greeting. He has a sense of style that embraces all humanity. When we look at Erbakan's life which is full of all these details and more, we see that the understanding of elegant statehood is mostly integrated with Erbakan. It is a brand that can not be fulfilled in Turkish and Islamic politics. Erbakan's work has been taking place in Turkey and in the world by taking the forgotten and sought-after politics of the world. At the same time, our study aims to analyze the details of Erbakan's concept of elegant statism, as well as the extent to which institutions that he has led in his life have maintained this tradition. In this respect, after the comparative archival studies on Erbakan have been made, various suggestions and suggestions will be presented taking into consideration the stylistic mistakes of contemporary politicians. Thanks to these analyzes that are included in our editions, it is aimed to be a model for today's politicians, to raise awareness and to keep a light!
