With respect to the physiological resilience and burnout scores; significant correlations were determined concerned with being powerful with all burnout subscales, entrepreneurship with emotional exhaustion, achieving goal with all of the burnout subscales. Leadership showed negative correlations with emotional exhaustion and low personal accomplishment. Positive correlations were found in relation to the being optimist with low personal accomplishment, communications with emotional accomplishment and being observative with emotional exhaustion. Also, subscales of burnout syndrome showed positive correlations between each other
