Bu çalışmada; Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Türkçe Eğitimi Anabilim Dalında eğitim-öğretim gören öğretmen adaylarının; A-) Eğitim Teknolojisini Kullanma Yeterliliğine Dönük İfadeler olarak kabul edilen; Öğretim elemanlarından alınan teknolojik bilgiler sayesinde, öğrencilerin teknolojiyi rahat öğrenebildikleri; Alınan derslerin katkısıyla öğrencilerin yeni teknolojilere uyum sağlama sorunlarının çözüm bulabildiği; Okulun yarattığı fırsat ve imkânlar sayesinde öğrencilerin birçok farklı teknolojiler hakkında bilgi sahibi oldukları; Öğretim elemanlarının teknolojiye istekle yönelişlerinin, öğrencileri teknolojiyle daha sık ilgilenmeleri konusunda motive edici olduğu; Öğretim elemanları ile eğitim kurumunun teknolojiye verdikleri önemin, öğrencileri en azından ihtiyaç duydukları teknolojiyi kullanma konusunda beceri sahibi yaptığı biçimindeki hususlar ile B-) Okuldaki Yardımcı Personelin Yeterliliğine Dönük İfadeler olarak kabul edilen; Okuldaki yardımcı personel nitelik olarak yeterli durumda bulunduğu; Okuldaki memurların evrak işlemlerinde, işi savsaklamak adına, ‘bugün git yarın gel’ demedikleri; Okuldaki güvenlik personelinin ilişkilerinde çok kibar davrandıkları; Okuldaki güvenlik personelinin öğrenciler arasında ayrım yapmadıkları; Okuldaki güvenlik personelinin amirlerinin gözüne girmek için, kraldan çok kralcı kesilip ‘amir tetikçiliği’ yapmadıkları biçimindeki hususlar konusuna ilişkin yaklaşımları araştırılmıştır. Öğretmen adaylarının; A-) Eğitim Teknolojisini Kullanma Yeterliliğine Dönük İfadeler ile B-) Okuldaki Yardımcı Personelin Yeterliliğine Dönük İfadeler konusundaki yaklaşımlarının saptanabilmesi için, A-) Eğitim Teknolojisini Kullanma Yeterliliğine Dönük İfadeler ile B-) Okuldaki Yardımcı Personelin Yeterliliğine Dönük İfadeler konusuna yönelik bilgileri içeren bir anket kendilerine sunulmuştur. Araştırmanın örneklemini Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Türkçe Eğitimi Anabilim Dalında eğitim-öğretim gören toplam 121 öğretmen adayı oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre; öğretmen adaylarının, A-) Eğitim Teknolojisini Kullanma Yeterliliğine Dönük İfadeler ile B-) Okuldaki Yardımcı Personelin Yeterliliğine Dönük İfadeler konusunu içeren maddeleri değişik oranlarla yanıtladıkları görülmüştür. Bulgular, öğretmen adaylarının, Cronbach's Alpha değeri α=0.91 olarak belirlenen ve bu anlamda oldukça güvenilir olan ölçeğe farklı oranlarda yanıtlar verdikleri sonucuna varılmayı olanaklı kılmıştır.(Field, 2013).

This study is devoted to the analysis of the attitude of the teacher candidates who are having education in Turkish Education Department of Education Faculty of Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University about these facts below that are accepted as the terms for the sufficiency of education program. A-) The terms about the sufficiency of education technology: the students can learn the technology with the help of the technological information learned by the instructors; they can find solutions about the problems of orientation about new technology; they can have knowledge about lots of different technologies with the help of the opportunities of the school; the instructors are willing to encourage the student about being interested more frequent about technology, the importance given by the instructors and education institution can make the student have knowledge about using the technology that they need, B) the terms about the sufficiency of auxiliary staff at the school; the auxiliary staffs are at the level as required, the officers don’t neglect the paper works, the security staffs behave very kindly and don’t discriminate between the students, they don’t try to make up to their chief. In order to determine the attitudes of teacher candidates, a questionnaire is conducted to them about the subjects that; A-) The terms about the sufficiency of using education technology and B) the terms about the sufficiency of auxiliary staff at the school. The sample of the research consists of 120 teacher candidates studying at Turkish Education Department of Education Faculty of Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University. According to the findings of the research, the candidates replied to the questions about A-) The terms about the sufficiency of using education technology and B) the terms about the sufficiency of auxiliary staff at the school at different rates. The findings made it possible to reach the result that the candidates replied to a very reliable scaling factor (Cronbach’s alpha, a=0.91) at different rates. (Field, 2013).
