2015 TÜRKÇE DERSİ ÖĞRETİM PROGRAMI HAKKINDA ÖĞRETMEN/ÖĞRETMEN ADAYI VE ÖĞRETİM ELEMANI GÖRÜŞLERİ

Eğitim-öğretim faaliyetlerinde başarılı olabilmenin en önemli koşullarından biri de sağlam bir programa sahip olmaktır. Programlar zaman zaman çeşitli nedenlerle değiştirilmekte ya da ihtiyaçlar doğrultusunda yeniden düzenlenmektedir. Ancak bu programlar her ne kadar ideal olanı yakalama düşüncesiyle hazırlanmış olursa olsun mutlaka eksik olan yönlerinin bulunabileceği gerçeği göz ardı edilmemelidir. Bu nedenle hazırlanan programların bu programın uygulayıcıları ile uzman kişiler tarafından değerlendirilmesi, bu değerlendirmelerin de belirli şekillerde programlara yansıtılarak tespit edilen eksikliklerin giderilmesine katkı sağlanması önem arz etmektedir. Bunun yanında eğitim-öğretim faaliyetlerinde istenilen hedeflere ulaşabilmek için programların asıl uygulayıcıları olan öğretmenlerin de programlar hakkında yeterli bilgi ve donanıma sahip olmaları ve programı iyi kavramış olmaları gerekir. Bu düşüncelerden hareketle bu çalışmada, 2015 yılında yenilenen ve 2016-2017 eğitim - öğretim yılından itibaren 1. ve 5. sınıflardan başlamak üzere kademeli olarak uygulanacak olan Türkçe Dersi (1-8. Sınıflar) Öğretim Programı hakkında sınıf ve Türkçe öğretmenlerinin, öğretmen adaylarının farkındalık düzeyleri ile öğretim elemanlarının görüşlerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Giresun merkez ilçede görev yapan sınıf ve Türkçe öğretmenleri ile bu alanlardaki 4. sınıf öğretmen adayları, ilgili derslere giren öğretim elemanları oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak açık uçlu sorulardan oluşan görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Katılımcılardan yenilenen Türkçe Öğretim Programı hakkında yazılı olarak belirlenmiş sorulara cevap vermeleri istenmiştir. Araştırmanın verileri betimsel analiz tekniği ile çözümlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda öğretmen ve öğretmen adaylarının yenilenen program hakkında bilgilerinin yetersiz ve programdan habersiz oldukları görülmüştür. Çalışma ile yenilen Türkçe öğretim programı hakkında uygulayıcıların görüşlerinden faydalanılmış ve görüşleri doğrultusunda öneriler getirilmiştir

THE VIEWS OF TEACHERS, INSTRUCTORS AND PROSPECTIVE TEACHERS ON THE 2015 PROGRAM OF THE COURSE OF TURKISH TEACHING

One of the most crucial factors for the success of educational activities is, of course, to have a reasonable, rational and efficient program. For a number of reasons, programs undergo some changes or reforms in time in parallel with the requirements. However, no matter how ideally a program is prepared, no one should ignore the fact that in every program might certainly be found or encountered a number of shortcomings. It is, therefore, important that the programs prepared should be evaluated by both program users and experts and that the program should be revised for its shortcomings to be removed in terms of the evaluations and suggestions. In addition, for the targets required by educational activities to reach, teachers, who are the first-hand users of programs, should be well equipped with sufficient knowledge of the programs. The study aims to determine the level of the awareness of classroom and Turkish teachers and of prospective teachers and the views of instructors on Turkish Course (1-8 classes) Instruction Program, which was renovated in 2015 and will gradually be used first for 1st and 5th grade-students from 2016-2017 onwards. The study-group is made up of instructors who run the related courses, classroom and Turkish teachers who are employed in the central district of Giresun and prospective teachers who study in class four. In the study was used, as a data collection instrument, an interview form which includes openended questions. The participants were asked to answer the written questions on the revised Turkish Teaching Program. The data obtained were analyzed through descriptive analysis technique. The findings indicated that teachers and prospective teachers were not aware of revised program and their knowledge were not enough. In the study, the opinions of the program-users about the revised Turkish Teaching Program were observed and a number of proposals and suggestions were made in parallel with their views
