Pomarsol, Mitikol, Rubigan ve Platoon’un Toprak Mikroflorası Üzerine Etkileri

Bu çal›flmada tar›mda yayg›n olarak kullan›lan fungisitlerden Pomarsol WB 80 [Thiran tetramethylthiuram disülfide], Mitikol [Pentachloronitrobenzene], insektisitlerden Rubigan 12 EC [2,4-dichloro (pyrimidine-5-yl) benzylhydryl alchol] ve herbisitlerden Platoon [N-(phosphonomethyl) glycine]’un toprak mikrofloras› (Toplam canl› bakteri, Aktinomiset, Anaerob bakteriler, Aerobendosporlar, Proteolitik bakteriler, Selülolitik bakteriler, Maya -küf) üzerine etkisi araflt›r›ld›. Platoon ile muamele edilen toprakta, toplam mikroorganizma say›s› inkübasyon süresince kontroldan fazla oldu¤u belirlendi ve bu muamelenin di¤er mikroorganizma gruplar›n›n geliflmesi üzerine olumsuz etkisinin olmad›¤› görüldü. Pomarsol WB 80, Mitikol ve Rubigan 12 EC uygulanan toprak örneklerinde, toprak mikrofloras› pestisit gruplar›na ba¤l› olarak farkl› derecede etkilendi¤i tespit edildi

Effects of the Pomarsol, Mitikol, Rubigan and Platoon on the Soil Microflora

In this study the effect of fungicides (Pomarsol WB 80, Thiran tetramethylthiuram disülfide), (Mitikol, Pentachloronitrobenzene), insecticide (Rubigan 12 EC, (2,4-dichloro (pyrimidine-5-yl) benzylhydryl alchol) and herbicide, (Platoon, (N-(phosphonomethyl) glycine) which are commonly used in agriculture were investigated on soil microbiota (Total viable bacteria, Actinomycetes, Anaerobic bacteria, Aerob endospore-forming, Proteolytic bacteria, Cellülolytic microorganisms and Yeast-mold). It was determined that in the platoon-treated soil sample the total viable bacteria number was found to be excessive than that of the control groups during the incubation. Moreover it was observed that this treatment had no inhibitory effect on the development of the other microorganism groups. It was determined that in soil sample used, Pomarsol WB 80, Mitikol and Rubigan 12 EC pesticides were affected in different extents depending the groups of microflora upon pesticides.
