Monumental Trees and Stands in The Black Sea Region
In this paper, monumental trees and stands in the Black Sea region are described. In this region, 12 monumental trees were identified. Of these, five were Abies nordmanniana (Stev.) Spach. subsp. nordmanniana, three were Fagus oreintalis Lipsky., one was Picea orientalis (L.) Link., one was Carpinus betulus L., one was Platanus orientalis L. and one was Quercus hartwissiana Stev. In addition, two monumental stands consisting of Picea orientalis (L.) and Fagus arientalis Lipsky. were identified.
