Bazı Buğday, Arpa, Çavdar, Yulaf ve Mısır Örneklerinde Değişik Sıcaklıklarda Elde Edilen Sorpsiyon Verilerine Farklı İzoterm Eşitliklerinin Uygunluğunun Belirlenmesi

Bu araflt›rmada, K›r›k, Lancer, arpa, çavdar, yulaf ve m›s›r›n 20, 25, 35, 50 ve 70 °C’de elde edilen sorpsiyon verilerine Halsey, Henderson, Harkins-Jura, BET, Smith ve Freundlich izoterm eflitliklerinin uygunlu¤u araflt›r›lm›flt›r. Elde edilen sorpsiyon verilerine en iyi uygunluk gösteren eflitlikler tespit edilmifl ve kullan›lan bu izoterm eflitliklerine lineer regresyon analizi uygulanarak, eflitlik sabitleri belirlenmifltir. En iyi uygunlu¤u Henderson izoterm eflitli¤i gösterirken, en düflük uyum BET izoterm eflitli¤inde gözlenmifltir.

The Determination of Fitness of Various Isotherm Equations to Moisture Sorption Data of Kırık, Lancer Barley, Rye, Oat and Corn

In this research, the fitness of Halsey, Henderson, Harkins-Jura, BET, Smith and Freundlich isotherm equations to moisture sorption data at 20, 25, 35, 50 and 70°C of Kırık, Lancer, barley, rye, oat and corn were investigated. Isotherm equations, fitted quite well to obtained sorption data, were determined and parameter constants of the equations were calculated by regression using the lineer form of the isotherm equation. The best fitness was seen in Henderson equation as low fitness was seen for BET equation.
