Türkçe Ediniminde Gelişimsel Özelliklerin Dil Örneği Ölçümleri Açısından İncelenmesi

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türk çocuklarının dil örneklerinden alman nicel ölçümlerin yaşla ve ölçümlerin birbirleriyle ilişkilerinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın örneklemine 3-6 yaşlar arasındaki toplam 140 çocuk alınmıştır. Dil örneklerinden Toplam sözce sayısı (TSS), Toplam tam ve anlaşılır sözce sayısı (TASS), Ortalama Sözce Uzunluğu (OSU), Toplam sözcük sayısı (TSÖZS), Farklı sözcüklerin sayısı (FSÖZS), Farklı sözcüklerin toplam sözcük sayısına oranı (FTS) ölçümleri alınmıştır. Ölçümlerin analizinde SALT (Systematic Analysis of Language Transcripts) bilgisayar programı kullanılmıştır. Ölçümlerin gelişimsel özellikleri tartışılmıştır

Developmental Characteristics of Language Sample Measures in the Acquisition of Turkish

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between age and quantitative language measures derived from the language samples and relationship among these measures in Turkish children. The sample of this research consisted of 140 children between 3 and 6 years of age. Total number of utterances (TNUTT), Total number of complete and intelligible utterances (CIUTT), Mean length of utterance (MLU), Total number of words (TNW), Number of different words (NDW), Type-token ratio (TTR) are derived from the samples. Most of the measures are analyzed by SALT (Systematic Analysis of Language Transcripts) computer program. Developmental characteristics of these measures are discussed.
