İşyeri zorbalığı ve fiziksel rahatsızlık belirtileri: Adil dünya inancının düzenleyici rolü

Bu çalışmanın amacı, işyeri zorbalığı ile fiziksel rahatsızlık belirtileri gösterme arasındaki ilişkide çalışanların sahip oldukları adil dünya inancının düzenleyici rolünü incelemektir. Çalışma Karabük ili sınırları içinde hizmet veren Kardemir Demir Çelik A.Ş.'de çalışan, mavi ve beyaz yakalı 296 erkek çalışanla yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak Adil Dünya İnancı Ölçeği, İşyeri Zorbalığı Ölçeği ve Fiziksel Rahatsızlık Belirtileri Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada Düzenleyici Regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Bu analizden elde edilen bulgular işyeri zorbalığı ile fiziksel rahatsızlık belirtileri gösterme arasındaki ilişkide adil dünya inancının düzenleyici rolü olduğunu göstermiştir.

Belief in a just world as a moderator of the relationships between workplace bullying and physiacal illnes symptoms

The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating role of employees' belief in a just world on the relationship between workplace bullying and physical illness. A total of 296 males employed in Kardemir factory in Karabük -Turkey participated in the study. Data was collected by conducting the Belief in a Just World Scale, Negative Acts Questionnaire and Physical Illness Symptom Checklist. The results showed that belief in a just world had a moderator role in the relationship between mobbing and physical illness symptoms.
