Bu çalışmada, 2010-2012 tarihleri arasında Türkiye, İngiltere, İtalya, Polonya ve Yunanistan’ın ortaklığı ile gerçekleştirilen “EMPATIC: Bilgi Becerileri Ara­cılığıyla Kendi Kendine Öğrenmenin Güçlendirilmesi” adlı Avrupa Birliği pro­jesi çerçevesinde elde edilen bulgular özetlenmiş ve politikacı ve karar vericilere yönelik geliştirilen öneriler sunulmuştur. Sözü edilen bulgu ve öneriler ile en iyi uygulama örnekleri Okullar İlk ve Ortaöğretim , Yükseköğretim, Yetişkin Eğitimi ve Mesleki Eğitim Sektörleri için ayrı ayrı verilmiştir. In this study, findings obtained within the frame of “EMPATIC: Empowering Self-Learning through Information Skills” practiced in partnership with Turkey,Britain, Italy, Poland and Greece between the dates of 2010-2012 have been summered and suggestions which were developed towards politicians and decision makers have been presented. Aforementioned findings and suggestions and best practical models have been given separately for Schools Primary and Secondary education , Higher Education, Adult Education and Vocational EducationSectors.
