20-22 Mayıs 2011 tarihlerinde Türk Kütüphaneciler Derneği, Kütüphaneler ve Yayımlar Genel Müdürlüğü, Hacettepe Üniversitesi Bilgi ve Belge Yönetimi Bölümü ve Goethe Enstitüsü işbirliğiyle Sinop İl Halk Kütüphanesi ev sahipliğinde düzenlenen Halk Kütüphaneleri Sinop Bölge Semineri izlenimleri Hacettepe Üniversitesi Bilgi ve Belge Yönetimi Bölümü 3. sınıf öğrencileri Merve Ceren Tüzün ve Ömer Çetin ’in kaleminden aktarılmaktadır.
