Liderliği, başkalarını etkileme ve yönlendirme süreci olarak tanımlayabiliriz. Liderlik günümüzde işletmeleri başarılı kılan önemli unsurlardan birisidir. Liderliğin önemini kavrayan işletmeler daha başarılı olmaktadırlar. Trakya Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi İşletme, İktisat ve Kamu Yönetimi bölümlerinde öğrenim gören lisans öğrencilerinin liderlik davranışlarını tanımlamak bu çalışmanın amacını oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulguların değerlendirilmesi sonucunda öğrencilerin liderlik davranışları belirlenmiş ve çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur

Leadership can be defined as the process of influencing and directing others. Today, leadership is one of the most important factors, bringing achievement to the organizations. The organizations, being aware of the significance of leadership, might be more successful. The scope of this study is to define the leadership behaviors of the graduate students studying in the departments of Economic and Administrative Sciences and Economics and Public Administration of Trakya University. Following the assessments of the findings obtained from the study, leadership behaviors of the students have been determined and some certain suggestions have been proposed
