İZMİR ARKEOLOJİ MÜZESİ’NDEKİ 2724 NUMARALI KLAZOMENAİ LAHİTİ

Bu çalışmanın konusunu İzmir Arkeoloji Müzesi’nde korunan 2724 envanter numaralı pişmiş toprak Klazomenai lahitinin stilistik ve kronolojik değerlendirmesi oluşturmaktadır. Söz konusu lahit nispeten iyi bir korunma durumuna sahip olduğu için bu eseri boyayan ressamın stili hakkında detaylı gözlemler yapabilmek mümkün olmuştur. 2724 envanter numaralı Klazomenai lahiti stil açısından Klazomenai lahit ressamlarından Dennis ve Hanover Ressamları ile ve özellikle de Klazomenai lahit gruplarından Albertinum Grubu Öncülleri ile yakın ilişki içerisindedir. Lahitin diğer eserlerle karşılaştırması sonucunda büyük olasılıkla M.Ö. 530-520/10 yılları civarında üretilmiş olduğu öne sürülmüştür.
