Firmaya ait üretim kalite standartlarýnýn oluþturulmasý bu yönde atýlacak en önemli adýmdýr. Bu standartlarda fire oranlarý, gramaj ve kumaþ konstrüksiyonu ile ilgili firma yapýlabilirlik deðerleri ile beraber ulaþýlabilen fiziksel özellik ve haslýk deðerleri yer almaktadýr. Ayrýca hata oluþmasýný önlemek amacýyla müþteri yönlendirilmektedir. Söz konusu standartlar her sektör için çok önemlidir ve firmasýný yaþatmak isteyen tüm çalýþanlarýn katkýlarýyla oluþturulmalýdýr. Firma sistem belgesine sahip olsa da bu yönde kendini kontrol etmeli, özellikle uluslararasý standartlarý sisteminde kullanma gayretinde olmalýdýr. The main scope of nowadays is the minimization of the production faults. Preparing the production quality standards of the firm is the most important step. The contents of these standards are wastage ratios, feasibility values of the firm about the weight and fabric construction and physical properties and fastness values. In addition to this, the customer is directed not to perform faults. The relevant specifications are very important for all sectors and organized by the employers who consider the firms. Even if the firm has the system document, the firm must also control itself and spend effort to use international standards in its system. In this paper, this subject is tried to explain with the example of manner dye factory. A quality specification for production for all sectors with similar approach has to be prepared in order to prevent the consumer complaints and feedbacks.
