Orta Anadolu Bölgesinde Kavunda Solgunluk Hastalığı Oluşumunda Bazı Fusarium Türlerinin Rolü

Orta Anadolu Bölgesinin Ankara, Çank ı rı , Kı rı kkale, Konya ve Yozgat illerinde yo ğ un olarak kavun ekimi yap ı lan alanlarda solgunluk belirtisi gösteren bitkilerden elde edilen 70 Fusarium spp. izolat ı n ı n teş hisi ve patojenisitesi yap ı lm ışt ı r. Sonuçta 13 Fusarium türü F. acuminatum, F. culmorum, F. equiseti, F. graminearum, F. lateritium, F. moniliforme var. subglutinans, F. sambucinum, .F. solani, F. stilboides, F. sulphureum, F. tabacinum, F. tricinctum, F. tumidum tan ı lanmıştı r. Bu türlere ait izolatlar ı n patojenisite testleri, kök dald ı rma inokulasyon metodu kullan ı larak, izole edildikleri Yuva ve Kı rkağaç kavun çeşitlerinde kontrollü koşullarda yap ı lm ıştı r. F. soğan? nin iki izolat ı ve F. graminearum'un bir izolatı s ı ras ı yla % 52.6, % 59.6 ve % 37.3 oran ı nda kavunda solgunluğ a neden olmuştur.

The Role of Some Fusarium Species on the Incidence of Wilt Disease of Melon in Central Anatolia

Identification and pathogenicity of 70 isolates of Fusarium spp. obtained from wilted plants in the most widely melon growing areas of Ankara, Çank ı rı , Kı rı kkale, Konya and Yozgat provinces of Central Anatolia Region were carried out. As a result, 13 Fusarium species F. acuminatum, F. culmorum, F. equiseti, F. graminearum, F. lateritium, F. moniliforme var. subglutinans, F. sambucinum, F. solani, F. stilboides, F. sulphureum, F. tabacinum, F. tricinctum, F. tumidum were identified. All the isolates of these species were tested for their pathogenicity by root dip inoculation method on the cultivars Yuva and K ı rkağaç. Two of the F. solani isolates, and one of the F. graminearum isolate caused 52.6 %, 59.6 % and 37.3 % percent wilt on melon, respectively.
