In this study, graphical solutions were prepared for determining lateral and manifold pipe diameters to obtain an acceptable water distribution in drip inigation. It was suggested that pipe diameters should be chosen when Christiansen's uniformity coeffı cient, C„, was equal or greater than 98% and 97.5% for lateral and manifold pipe Iines, respectively. Design charts which uniformity coefficient could be directly found were giyen for different lateral and manifold pipe diameters.
