KUVVET ANTRENMANININ VÜCUT KOMPOZİSYONU VE BAZI HORMONLAR ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ.

Bu çalışmada, genç hentbol oyuncularında 6 haftalık kuvvet antrenmanının vücut kompozisyonu, Total tiroksin (TT4), büyüme hormonu (BH), total testosteron (TT) ve insülin hormonları üzerine olan etkisi araştırılmıştır. Araştırmaya yaşları 19.25 ± 1.77 yıl, boyları 181.68± 8.73 cm ve vücut ağırlıkları 71.00 ± 10.15 kg olan 17 erkek hentbolcu sezon sonunda katıldı. Çalışma grubuna 6 hafta boyunca birer gün arayla 6 tekrar maksimal (6 TM) kuvvet antrenmanı uygulandı. Tek bir antrenman dozunun etkisi ile 6 haftalık antrenmanın gerek bazalve gerekse antrenman sonrası hormon değerlerine etkisini ortaya koyabilmek için antrenmanperiyodunun ilk antrenmanı öncesi ve sonrası ile periyodun son antrenmanı öncesi ve sonrası kan örnekleri alınarak radioimmünoassay (RİA) yöntemi ile hormon seviyeleri tespit edildi. Antrenman periyodunun başlangıcında ve sonunda vücut kompozisyonu ve bacak, sırtve pençe kuvvet değerleri ölçüldü. Çalışma periyodunun gerek ilk ve gerekse son antrenmanında TT4, BH ve TT salınımında artış (P0.05). Kuvvet antrenmanı periyodu sonrası vücut ağırlığında değişim olmaksızın vücut yağ yüzdesinde azalma, yağsız vücut kütlesinde artış gözlemlendi (P
