Farklı İki Üniversite Akademik Personelinin Duygusal, Zorunlu ve Normatif Bağlılıklarının Karşılaştırılması

Bu çalışmada, biri büyiik şehirde diğeri taşrada bulunan iki farklı kamu üniversitenin akademik personelinin duygusal, zorunlu ve normatif bağlılık¬ları arasında bir fark olup olmadığı ampirik olarak incelenmiştir. Örgütsel bağlılık, iş tatmini ve iş verimliliğine olumlu yönde etki eden önemli bir faktör olduğundan, araştırma bulgularıyla, yüksek düzeyde örgütüne bağlı akademik çalışana sahip üniversitenin uygulamalarının, bu konuda sıkıntı çeken üniversitelere yol gösterebileceği düşünülmüştür. Üniversitelerin Örgütsel bağlılıklarım saptamak üzere, Ailen ve Meyer'in (1990) hazırlamış oldukları anket, büyük şehirdeki üniversitenin İktisadi ve idari Bilimler Fakültesinden (İ.İ.B.F.) 128, taşradaki üniversitenin İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesinden (İ.Î.B.F.) 43 akademik personele uygıdanmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre büyük şehirdeki üniversite İ.İ.B.F. akademik personelinin duygusal bağlılığı yüksek iken, taşradaki üniversite İ.İ.B.F. akademik personelinin ise zorunlu bağlılığı daha yüksek çıkmıştır. Normatif bağlılık açısından ise, her iki kurum akademik personeli açısından anlamlı bir fark görülmemiştir.

The Comparison of the Affective, Normative and Continuance Commitments of the Academic Members of two Different Universities

In this study, it has been investigated that whether there is an affective, continuance, and normative commitment differences between academic personnel in two different universities. One of the them is in big city, other is in the provience. With this regard, the question form which had been prepared Allen and Meyer (1990) has been applied 128 academic personnel from Faculty of Economics and Management of the university that in big city and 43 academics from Faculty of Economics and Management of the university that in the provience. The data have been analysed with statistical programmes. According to the results academic personel of the university that in big city has more affective commitment, in the other hand academic personel of the university that in the provience has greater continuance commitment. There is no relationship on normative commitment.
