Koyun sütlerinin elektirik iletkenliği üzerine bazı faktörlerin etkisi
Bu çalışmada, koyun sütlerinin elektrik iletkenliği değeri üzerine sağun zamanı, yaş, laktasyon ve ırkın etkisi araştırılmıştır. 36'sı Karakaş, 8'i Handani ırkına ait toplam 44 koyunun sağ ve sol memelerinden sağımın başlangıcında ve sonunda toplam 1760 süt örneği alınarak elektrik iletkenliği değerleri tespit edilmiştir. 38 koyunun sütü normal, 6'sının ise ınastitisli olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Örnekler haftada bir olmak suretiyle 10 hafta süreyle alınmış ve elektrik iletkenliği değerleri ölçülmüştür. Mastitisli sütlerde ortalama elektrik iletkenliği 6.860±0.709 mS/cm ve normal sütlerde ortalama elektrik iletkenliği değeri ise 4.030±0.622 mS/cm olarak belirlenmiştir. Effect of some factors on electrical conductivity of ewes milks
In this stady, the effect of the milk fraction, age, lactation and race on the content of electrical conductivity of ewes milks ^were researched. 1760 milk samples from 36 Karakaş and 6 Handani ewes were analyzed. Conductivity of foremilk and postmilk was measured from 38 healthy ewes and 6 mastitis ewes samples were taken during 10 weeks just about to be one a weer for determine of electrical conductivity of milks. Conductivity was found as 6.860±0.709 mS/cm in milks of mastitis ewes and 4.030±0.622 mS/cm in milks of healthy ewes (P<0.01 for both). The foremilk always the higher value showed than postmilk fraction (P<0.01). Milk conductivity values were not correlated between lactation and race of ewes. But milk conductivity values were high correlated with age of ewes (P<0.01).
