Fosfor seviyesi düşük rasyona farklı seviyelerde fitaz ilavesinin yumurtlayan japon bıldırcınlarında performans, bazı kabuk kalite ve kemik parametrelerine etkisi

Düşük seviyede fosfor içeren rasyona farklı seviyelerde fitaz ilavesinin performans, kabuk kalitesi ve kemik özelliklerine etkisini tesbit etmek için yumurtlayan Japon bıldırcınları ile 28'er günlük 5 peryot halinde bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Araştırmada 7 haftalık yaşta 162 adet dişi Japon bıldırcını, % 0.61 kullanılabilir fosfor (KP) (kontrol) ve gram yeme 0, 500, 1000, 1500 ve 2000 ünite fitaz ilave edilmiş % 0.23 KP ihtiva eden mısır-soya küsbesine dayalı rasyonlarla (deneme rasyonlan) ile yenilenmişlerdir. Her rasyon tesadüf parselleri deneme planında 3 tekerrürlü olarak yedirilmiştir. Her tekerrürde 9 bıldırcın bulunmaktadır.

Effect of adding different levels of phytase to diet containing low phoshorus on performance, some shell quality and bone parameters in laying japanese quail

An experiment was carried out for five 28 days periods with laying Japanese quail to determine, the effect of adding different levels of phytase to diet containing low phosphorus, on performance, some shell quality and bone characteristics. In the experiment, one hudred and sixty-two female Japanese quails at 7 weeks of age were fed corn-soybean meal diets containing 0.61 % available phosphorus (AP) (control) and 0.23 % (AP) supplemented with phytase 0, 500, 1000, 1500, 2000 phytase units / g feed). Each diets was fed to groups having three replicates, each having nine quail in completly randomized design. Feed and water supplied for adlibitum. Light was provided 17 hours daily. Egg production, egg mass, avarage daily feed consumption, viability, fat-free dried tibia weight were improved, as phytase level increased in diet. But, final live weight, carcass weight, body weight gain, feed efficiency, % tibia ash and % uncol-lectable eggs, some egg shell quality parameters measured in eggs collected at the end of first period, were not effected by treatments. The results obtained from the experiment groups with regard to these variables were found to be comparable to those obtained from control diet. With regard to measured parameters, the responses of laying quails, to the increasing phytase levels, were not linear. The performance and bone parameters of the group fed with 1500 units were very close to those of control group, even higher than control group in some characters. Decreasing in shell weight of eggs collected at last three days of experiment, was not prevented any of the phytate level. At the same period, shell thickeness and breaking strength of the egg, obtained from the groups fed with 1500 and 2000 units phytase, were significantly lower than control group. Manure ash percantage of experimental groups were significantly lower than control group.
