Efefects of some organic manures and urea fertiliser on the nitrogen mineralization and C/N ratio of the soil added wheat stubble
In this pot experiment, the effects of cattle manure, chicken manure and urea fertiliser on the nitrogen mineralization and C/N ratio of the soil contained wheat stubble, were investigated. For this purpose, 0 %, 2 % and 4 % cattle manure, chicken manure and urea fertiliser were added into the clay loam soil containing 0 %, 1 % and 2 % wheat stubble. The NH4-N + NO3-N and total nitrogen contents of the soil were determined by Kjeldahl method and the organic C contents of the soil were determined by Smith Weldon method at 25, 50, 75 and 100th days and C/N ratios were calculated. The NH4-N + NO3-N content increased with theincreasing of the incubation time. 'Time x mixture x dose' interaction affected significantly NH4-N + NO3-N contents of the soil (pO.Ol). For NH4-N + NO3-N content '75* day x (1 % stubble + SG) x 4 % dose' interaction gave higher values. The C/N ratio before increased, after decreased with interesting incubation time. Besides, 'time x mixture x dose' interaction affected significantly the C/N ratio, statistically (pO.Ol). The highest C/N ratio (11.48) was found with '50th day x (2 % stubble + no manure) x 0 % dose' interaction, the lowest C/N ratio (9.55) was found with' 100th day x (1 % stubble + chicken manure) x 2 % dose' interaction. Key Wei*: Stubble, organic material, NH4-N, NQ3-N, C/N ratio.
