In this" study, the dynamic relationships among Money Supply (Ml), Interest Rates and Stock Exchange Prices have been researched over the period 2001:05-2005:12 in Turkey. For this purpose, the direction of causality relationships among variables has been tried to determine by the Granger Causality Test of a Standart VAR Model, and a causality relationship determined as one-sided to Stock Exchange Prices from Money Supply (Ml) has been obtained. Results of the Impulse-Response and the Variance Decomposition Analysis obtained by means of the Standart VAR Model have supported this causality relationship also. According to these results, it is possible to say that the Stock Exchange Prices might be used as an indicator for Central Bank's monetary policy adjustment.
